Chick-fil-A Gets Revamped In Lehigh County: Report A popular Chick-fil-A location in Lehigh County is getting revamped, according to WFMZ. The Trexlertown store on Hamilton Boulevard will be getting an additional 300 square feet for food preparation and another drive-thru lane, the outlet says. Brooke Doucette Of Plumstead Dies, 30 Bucks County native Brooke K. Doucette died on Tuesday, Oct. 4. She was 30. Doucette, of Plumstead Township, died from complications of an aneurysm, according to her obituary. Born in Doylestown, Doucette graduated from Central Bucks East High School and later studied at Bucks County Community College, her obit says. She hoped to one day own an animal sanctuary and enjoyed motorcycle riding, gardening, and cooking. Doucette leaves behind her parents Scott and Nancy Doucette, her brother Ryan A. Doucette, her dog Zero, and many other loved ones. Funeral services were held privately.

Reckless Driver Plows Into Atlantic City Police Officer At Route 30 Crash Scene An Atlantic City police officer working the scene of a crash on Route 30 was injured on Sunday, Oct. 9 when a reckless pickup truck driver struck him, authorities said. Passenger Of Stolen Car Killed After Driver Crashes Into Tree In Chester County A passenger of a stolen car died after the driver crashed into a tree in Chester County, authorities said. Gordy Tate, 25, was driving the stolen car when officers tried to stop him on the 100 block of West Chestnut Street in West Chester around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1, according to the West Chester Police Department. Man Stabbed Outside Delco Restaurant: Police A man was stabbed outside a restaurant in Delaware County, authorities said. The stabbing happened in the parking lot next to Bertucci's Italian Restaurant on the 500 block of West Lancaster Avenue in Wayne around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, according to Radnor Township police and 6abc. The unidentified victim was taken to Paoli Hospital in unknown condition, authorities said. The suspect has been apprehended, and there is no threat to the community, according to police. Two Hospitalized In Lansdale EMS Vehicle Crash Two people were hospitalized in a crash involving an EMS vehicle in Montgomery County, authorities said. The Fairmount Fire Department vehicle was responding to a report of a medical emergency around 6:20 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10, according to the Lansdale Police Department. On its way, it collided with another vehicle at the intersection of East Fourth and Ridge Streets, police said. Both drivers were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions were not immediately known. The crash remains under investigation by the Lansdale Police Department.

Berks County Man, 21, Dies In Route 422 Crash: Report A 21-year-old Berks County man died in a crash on Route 422, WFMZ reports. Nathaniel Stine, of Exeter Township, died around 9:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10 after the crash in the westbound lanes, near Daniel Boone Road, the outlet says citing the county coroner. $5K Reward Offered, Photos Released Of Gunman Who Killed Innocent Bystander In Norristown A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that could help authorities identify and arrest the gunman who killed an innocent bystander last week in Norristown. The deadly shooting happened on the 800 block of Arch Street around 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele. Man, 22, Killed In Hazleton Shooting: Authorities A 22-year-old man was shot and killed in Hazleton, authorities said. Felix Dini was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest at 4:10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 10, after the shooting on Friday, Oct. 7, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. Dynamite Explodes In Schuylkill County: What We Know Multiple people were injured in a dynamite explosion in Schuylkill County Monday, Oct. 10, authorities confirmed. Employees of Maine Drilling and Blasting were throwing out boxes containing boosters when it exploded on West Center Street in Good Spring around 11:45 a.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police. Two workers were injured in the incident, and are expected to survive, police said. Several vehicles and a company trailer were also damaged in the blast. The investigation remains ongoing.
