Boy, 8, Drowns In Morris County Creek An 8-year-old boy has died after his body was found in a Morris County creek Wednesday, July 12, authorities confirmed.  The child was found face down in the creek, in the Flanders section of Roxbury, around 3:35 p.m., Morris County Prosecutor Robert J.
