Jinwoo Seong, 36, was teaching at Martin Buren High School in Queens when he grabbed a student's crotch with his own genitals exposed, a Daily Mail story says, citing an eight-page report by investigator Richard Condon.

The report said that the teen stroked Seong's genitals, and Seong inappropriately touched several other students, Daily Mail reports.

Seong passed a criminal background check upon landing the new position because he was never arrested or charged with a crime, the article says.

The teacher told officials that he "wanted to relocate," Daily Mail said. The hiring manager checked references at a school in Bayside, New York where Seong worked before the incidents, the article says.
