Girl Missing For 3 Years Found Hidden In Small, Cold Enclosure Under Stairs Of NY Home
A 4-year-old girl missing since 2019 was found hidden in a cold, wet enclosure under a staircase in a New York home.
Paislee Shultis was reported missing from Cayuga Heights, near Ithaca, in Tompkins County in 2019, before she was located in Ulster County on Valentine's Day, Monday, Feb. 14.
At the time, the child was believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial parents, Kimberly Cooper, and Kirk Shultis, said Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.

Tattoo Artist Killed In Hudson Valley
A 29-year-old tattoo artist and musician was shot dead earlier this week in New York's Hudson Valley, authorities said.
Sullivan County resident Michael A. Hankins, of Woodridge, was killed on Tuesday, Jan. 11 in Shawangunk in Ulster County, said the New York State Police.
Walter D. Post Jr, age 26, of Shawangunk, was arrested and charged with Hankins' murder, state police said.
