Warren Tuscan-Style Villa, A 'Dream' House, Up For Auction Later This Month A sprawling estate sitting on Tiffany Way in Warren will be offered at auction later this month "without reserve," according to a listing on Realtor.com.  The estate, which sits on two hilltop acres, is known as "Villa di Sogni: ("House of our Dreams") and is currently owned by the Errico family, who are relocating to Florida, Joseph Errico told Mansion Global magazine.  Errico and his wife Leigh began working on the design of the house in 2004 and purchased it in 2007.
