Muriel Dimick, 98, Of Alpine ALPINE, N.J. – Muriel Dimick, a resident of Alpine, died Monday, July 4. She was 98. She is survived by her foster son, Karl Farris; nephew, William McEvoy; nieces Patricia Shimek and Jeannie Long; and friend Eileen Heuning. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter J. Dimick; parents, Patrick and Ethel McEvoy; and siblings, Edmund, William, Vincent, Lester and Norbid McEvoy. A funeral Mass was conducted at Church of St. Mary in Closter. Burial followed at the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
