Flood Watch Issued Across Region The second of two weekend storms was in full swing Sunday afternoon, April 30, with heavy rains pouring down and a flood watch in effect across New Jersey and greater Philadelphia. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain were expected to come down Sunday, and up to four total for the weekend.
