Dutchess Won't Be 'A Quiet Place' During Paramount Horror Movie Production Now Hudson Valley knows the name of the major motion picture that will lead to the closure of a road in Dutchess for nearly two months starting next week.  "A Quiet Place," a supernatural horror film starring John Krasinski and his wife Emily Blunt, will result in the closure of West Dover Road in the towns of Dover and Pawling from Sept. 6 to Oct. 23 as the film is produced at Starkdale Farm.
