Joe Gomez has worked in news rooms all across the world.

He started as a radio news reporter at Newsradio 850 KOA in Denver shortly after leaving the University of Colorado at Boulder. Gomez then went on to work as a reporter in Seattle, Houston, Dallas and Washington DC, where he was a National Correspondent for NBC News Radio.

He has appeared on National Television in the US, the UK and in Pakistan as a reporter and commentator.

Baltimore Driver Dead After Running Stop Sign, Crashing In Anne Arundel A 40-year-old man from Baltimore died after he ran a stop sign and got into an accident in Anne Arundel County, according to police. Corey Antonio Lawson was heading west on Mountain Road toward Freetown Road when failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by an oncoming Hyundai Santa Fe around 7:40 p.m. Dec. 26, in Pasadena, Anne Arundel County Police said. Lawson was pronounced dead at the scene. At Least 1 Dead In Prince George's County Shooting (Developing) At least one person died in a Lanham shooting Monday afternoon, Prince George's County Police told DailyVoice. Montgomery County Bank Robber Hops Counter, Forces Tellers Into Vault: Police Police in Montgomery County are looking for a bank robbery suspect who hopped a counter and sent tellers fleeing. The robbery happened around noon at a BB&T Bank in the 19600 block of Fisher Avenue on Dec. 14 in Poolesville. The suspect announced the robbery by jumping over the counter, kicking down the plexiglass partition, and demanding cash from the tellers, Montgomery police say. 3 People Hurt In 2 Overnight Baltimore Shootings, Police Say Two separate shootings in Northwest Baltimore left three people injured overnight, according to police. On Dec. 26 at around 11:15 p.m. police responded to a report of a large crowd of cars in a parking lot in the 5700 block of Wabash Avenue. Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Officers heard gunfire and saw multiple vehicles fleeing from the lot when they discovered two men, a 23-year-old and a 24-year-old, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Maryland Man Shot Dead Trying To Stop Burger King Fight: Police A man was killed after being shot multiple times after trying to break up a fight at a Burger King in Frederick, according to local police On the evening of Dec. 26, Darin Tyler Robey, 20, of Frederick, and a woman got into a fight inside the Burger King, in the 100 Block of Routzahn's Way. That's when Jaion Antonio Penamon tried intervening and as a result, Robey shot Penamon multiple times, killing him. Robey has been arrested and faces charges of 1st and 2nd Degree Murder. Fire Guts Rockville Home (Developing) Two people were displaced when a fire tore through their home Thursday afternoon in Rockville, developing reports say. The fire is believed to have started in the basement of the home on Falls Bridge Lane and quickly spread to the attack just before 4 p.m. The Red Cross was assisting.
