Woman Ticketed After Being Run Over By Her Own Vehicle In NJ
As if being run over by her own car wasn't punishment enough, the 61-year-old driver was then ticketed for having an unregistered vehicle, authorities in New Jersey said. Three owners of a Jersey City taxi service were arrested for having uninsured drivers operating uninsured vehicles, authorities announced Thursday. Aziz Ibrahim, 63; Michael Ibrahim, 23; and Theresa Ibrahim, 47 had been running three different companies under the names A1 City Corp., 4M Enterprises Inc. and AAA City Bergen Inc., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Mystery Of Sedan Found Smashed, Abandoned In Glen Rock Solved, Driver Charged
Glen Rock police tracked down an unlicensed Paterson driver who they said crashed a relative’s unregistered, uninsured sedan in town and left it there, authorities said. The 2007 Honda Accord was found smashed and abandoned on Waldron Avenue after it struck a fire hydrant around 2 a.m. last Wednesday, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.
