Yesterday, authority officers went to his Jersey City apartment and arrested him once more.

Marco Santamaria-Beltran, 43, was charged with stealing one bike valued at $300 and another at $100.

The pricier bicycle was recovered, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Santamaria-Betran also was charged with possession of burglar tools — a pair of lineman pliers “that he used to cut the locks off of the bikes in both incidents,” Pentangelo said.

Authority police discovered two outstanding warrants, as well, he said.

Records show a criminal history for Santamaria-Betran in three states — California, New York and New Jersey — for no fewer than 10 arrests involving drugs, theft and weapons possession.
