Four Nabbed In Thefts Of $1.6M In Electronics From 55 UPS Locations Across NJ, NY, PA, Beyond Four Philadelphia men wanted for a burglary spree through 55 UPS warehouses across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and beyond were captured by federal agents this week, authorities announced. The quartet and at least three accomplices who are still at large stole an estimated $1.6 million in electronics over a two-year span beginning in January 2021, they said. Shoplifting Tools, Meth Recovered During Arrest By Brick PD A 32-year-old man from Central Jersey was found sleeping in his car and arrested on multiple drug and shoplifting charges, authorities said. At about 11 p.m. on Thursday, Brick police were conducting surveillance at 715 Route 70 when they observed a man sleeping inside a vehicle in the parking lot, a police department spokeswoman said. Police identified the man as Christian Vatovec of Manalapan. Detectives allegedly found a large quantity of methamphetamine inside the vehicle, Patrol Officer Victoria Finelli said; Detectives also found Xanax, Suboxone and a hypodermic syringe, she said. …
