Man Was Speeding In South Jersey Crash That Killed Woman, Hospitalized Five People: Prosecutors A Camden County man was accused of speeding in a three-vehicle crash that killed a woman on a busy road in western Atlantic County, authorities said. Stephen Sirch, 30, of Voorhees, was arrested and charged with second-degree vehicular homicide on Monday, Apr. 22, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. His charge stems from a crash on Black Horse Pike on Wednesday, Apr. 3.
