Paterson Gunman Shoots Victim Who Denied Him More Money 4 Times: Prosecutor
Two men have been arrested after police say they robbed then shot someone they knew at an Ocean County home over the weekend.
Christopher Miller, 36, of Paterson, and Marc Manfredonia, 32, of Little Egg Harbor, were met at an East Hudson Drive home by a 36-year-old man around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
There, they physically forced the victim out of the home and demanded money from him, said Billhimer alongside Little Egg Harbor Township Chief of Police James Hawkins.

A Passaic couple were charged with beating two of their children with a variety of objects over the past four years, authorities announced Wednesday.
Alfredo Medina, 48, and his wife, Wanda Fernandez, 30, "never brought the children to receive medical attention at a doctor’s office or hospital after the assaults," one law enforcement official said.
A large metal buckle, a large refrigerator handle and power cords were used in the assaults, the official said.
