Know Anything? Phillipsburg Police Seek Info On Park Vandalism Police are seeking information after a local park was vandalized. The band shell and other parts of Walter’s Park were spray-painted with graffiti sometime Wednesday, Phillipsburg Police said. Anyone with information on the source of the vandalism is asked to call the Phillipsburg Police Department at (908) 835-2002.
