State Police: Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Backs Up Route 80 In Warren County A tractor-trailer became jackknifed after hitting a guardrail Monday morning, causing a two-hour shutdown on Route 80 eastbound in Warren County, state police said. The truck hit the left guardrail near milepost 12 in Hope Township around 7:40 a.m., NJSP Lawrence Peele told Daily Voice. All eastbound lanes were blocked as a result of the crash but had reopened as of 10 a.m., Peele said. No injuries were reported, authorities said.
