Stolen BMW Driver Makes Wrong-Way Getaway On Rt. 206, Suspected Accomplice Runs Into Woods: PD A suspect is still at large after driving behind a stolen BMW making a wrong-way getaway on Rt. 206, veering off the highway, and running into the woods, prompting a several-hour search involving K9 troopers and a state police helicopter. The Peapack and Gladstone Police Department was called to the southbound side of the highway around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, June 7 to assist officers in Chester as they chased the stolen vehicle. 3 Busted In Car Burglary Spree Throughout Morris County Parks Two men and a woman were caught after a spree of car burglaries throughout several Morris County parks, authorities said. Officers responded to at least five reports of break-ins of cars that had been parked in parks across Mendham, Chester, and Washington Townships in the afternoon on Monday, Oct. 10, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.
