These NJ Communities Violated LGBTQ+ Marriage License Rules: AG Twenty-eight municipalities statewide have been cited by New Jersey officials for excluding the LGBTQIA+ community in their online marriage license applications. The municipalities face fines of up to $10,000 if they don't fix the problem, the state said. Attorney General Matthew J. Updated: Coronavirus Test Centers In Central Jersey Five counties continue to offer tests for coronavirus to residents, health-care workers and first responders at state-sponsored sites. UPDATE: On April 22, the state noted that NJ residents could get COVID-19 tests in Bergen and Monmouth counties even if they are not showing symptoms. “There is no longer a requirement that persons must be symptomatic prior to testing (at those sites),” the New Jersey Office of Emergency Medical Services announced on Wednesday. The change is “effective today and until further notice," the state said.
