Julia Sutton, 56, of Weehawken, was struck by a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Mark Carey, Jr. of South Amboy earlier this month on Route 35, as previously reported by Daily Voice. Mark Carey has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that left a female pedestrian dead in Brick, authorities said.
