Bullet Taped To Locker Locks Down Eye Surgery Center In Elmwood Park An eye surgery center in Elmwood Park was temporarily locked down Wednesday morning after an employee found a bullet inadvertently taped to his locker by a member of the cleaning staff, authorities said.
