1 Killed, 3 Hurt In Crash During Central Jersey Police Chase One person was killed and three others were hurt in a crash that occurred during a police chase, authorities said. The Attorney General’s Office is investigating the crash on Route 9 south in Old Bridge after a Marlboro police officer attempted to stop a vehicle at 2:14 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9. The vehicle being pursued struck unrelated civilian vehicles. It was a suspect in an attempted car theft. The identities of the decedent and the other individuals are not being released at this time. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is being released at this time.
