A 44-year-old man from Morris County was arrested after allegedly shouting ethnic and homophobic obscenities outside a synagogue on the Jersey Shore, authorities said. A disgraced former dentist who already had a criminal history involving crystal meth admitted having the drug when the DEA raided his Morris County home last year.
