NJ Man Indicted For Sending Explicit Photos Of Teen To Her Friends, Family: Prosecutor
A 38-year-old man from Jersey City has been indicted for distributing illicit photos of a minor who allegedly shunned him, authorities. An 18-count indictment, handed up by a Monmouth County Grand Jury, charges David Lopez with soliciting illicit photos and videos from a teenage girl, then distributing them to members of her family in retaliation for her threatening to break off contact with him, authorities said.
