A 38-year-old man was killed after being hit by two vehicles on Route 33 in Manalapan, authorities said
The man, a Manalapan resident, was not in a crosswalk when he was hit around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday by eastbound vehicles. They had a green light near the intersection with Woodward Road when the accident occurred, Manalapan police said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene following life-saving efforts by emergency responders. Both drivers stopped and cooperated with police, who continue to investigate.
Police had not released an ID pending notification of family.
