Updated: First Responders Called To Apartment Complex Shooting In Middlesex County UPDATED: Authorities are investigating a shooting in Central Jersey. New Brunswick police responded to shots fired on Monday morning, according to initial reports, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Director Anthony A. Caputo of the New Brunswick Police Department  Police found a shooting victim at Toy Manor Apartments on Phelps Avenue, they said. Shootings have occurred several times this year at Toy Manor.
