Popular Highland Park Pizza Shop Shuttered By Fire A popular pizza shop in Middlesex County was heavily damaged by fire, authorities said. Jerusalem Pizza at 230 Raritan Ave. in Highland Park has been closed down due to the blaze. At approximately 11:14 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 6, the Highland Park Police Department received a 911 call about a fire. Officers arrived at the scene and found heavy smoke and a working structure fire. Officers were able to successfully evacuate all residents from the location, although one was hospitalized for smoke inhalation, police said. Authorities: Middlesex Man, 59, Arrested For Setting 3 Fires A man from Middlesex was arrested on Monday in connection with three fires set last week, authorities said. Christopher Ferraro, 59, of Middlesex has been charged with three counts of arson, one for each of the fires set on June 2, Middlesex County Acting Prosecutor Christopher L.C.
