Second Suspect Charged In Central Jersey Shooting: Prosecutor A 26-year-old Middlesex County man has been charged in connection with an October 2022 shooting, authorities said. Gary Manley of Edison was charged while incarcerated with first-degree attempted murder,  first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, and weapons offenses, they said. Another suspect was previously charged in the non-fatal shooting, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Highland Park Police Chief Richard Abrams.
