A motorist was reported trapped after a collision with a tractor-trailer, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash was reported at about 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18 along Interstate 95 at the Thomas Edison Rest Area in Woodbridge Township, initial reports said.
