Pedestrian Struck, Killed On Route 1 In Lawrence Township
There was a pedestrian struck and killed along Route 1 in Lawrence Township, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14 on the 3300 block of Brunswick Pike (Route 1), police said. The 39-year-old driver from Ewing and passengers were not injured. Man Struck, Killed By Minivan While Crossing Jersey Shore Road
Police are investigating after a man was killed by a minivan in Monmouth County, authorities said. Ocean Township police were called to a pedestrian crash on West Park Avenue at around 5:49 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced on Wednesday, Jan. 31. The crash closed the avenue between Poplar Road and Cindy Lane. Driver, 34, Killed In Fiery Garden State Parkway Crash
A 34-year-old North Jersey man was killed in a fiery crash on the Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County, State Police said. Fabrice Deryce, of Scotch Plains, was heading south in a Chevy Impala when he struck multiple fixed objects around 11:45 p.m. Saturday in Tinton Falls, NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry said. The vehicle then entered the grass median that separates the local and express lanes, and struck a concrete cantilever overhead sign support. A pedestrian was struck by a car on Sunday night as he crossed Route 9 in Monmouth County, authorities said. A 30-year-old Trenton woman died and two others were injured in a Hamilton crash Tuesday. A Hyundai sedan heading northbound on Buttonwood Street was attempting to cross Nottingham Way into the Walmart parking lot when he struck a Honda minivan around 3:15 p.m., Hamilton Police Chief James M. 19-Car Pileup Closes Parkway For Hours
Drivers sat on the Garden State Parkway for hours due to a 19-car crash that closed the northbound of the highway. While no injuries were reported, at least 19 cars were involved in the Bass River northbound crash around 5:30 p.m., authorities said.
