He was 48 years old. Originally from Philadelphia, Anthony grew up in South Philadelphia. After graduation, he joined the Navy and was stationed in San Diego, his obituary said. "Having married his high school sweetheart, he and his wife lived in San Diego, Glassboro, Woodbury, and Franklinville before settling there to raise their family," his obituary said.
