Ewing Drug Dealer Found In Atlantic City With Heroin, Cocaine: Police
A Mercer County man was accused of selling heroin and cocaine in Atlantic City, authorities said. Leroy Clark, 44, of Ewing, was arrested on Friday, Mar. 8, Atlantic City police said in a Wednesday, Mar. 13 news release. An officer saw Clark selling drugs to another man on the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue at around 4:45 p.m. Two other officers were able to arrest him, and investigators searched his vehicle and hotel room. Three men have been charged in connection with a fatal shooting last fall in Trenton, authorities said. Leroy Tutt, 37, of Trenton, was killed in the November 2023 shooting, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri. Pedestrian Struck, Killed On Route 1 In Lawrence Township
There was a pedestrian struck and killed along Route 1 in Lawrence Township, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14 on the 3300 block of Brunswick Pike (Route 1), police said. The 39-year-old driver from Ewing and passengers were not injured. Two people including a 13-year-old boy were killed in a head-on crash involving a vehicle that illegally tried to pass other cars on Route 31 in Mercer County, authorities said. An adult and a dog were killed in a fire that ripped through a Ewing home Tuesday night, police said. First responders were called to the Boone Avenue blaze shortly before 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 23, amid reports of a possible entrapment inside, Ewing police said. An additional 14 New Jersey businesses have been barred from practicing for short-changing workers and other violations, bringing the total to 82, according to the state's Labor and Workforce Development Department. Wawa Shootout: Police Release Details In Terrifying Ewing Incident
Police have release some details in a shootout that occurred inside of a Mercer County Wawa store early Sunday, Jan. 15. An argument broke out between patrons at the Silvia Street store in Ewing around 3:25 a.m., at which point workers asked them to leave, police said.
