A Delaware man was accused of driving drunk, speeding, and ignoring a red light in a crash that killed a woman in Atlantic County, authorities said.
Kevin Wilson, 63, of New Castle, was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday, Mar. 19 for first-degree aggravated manslaughter, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. The indictment came after a deadly crash in Buena Vista Township on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

An Atlantic City man was arrested after he crashed his vehicle while drunk and assaulted several police officers, authorities said.
Dwahn Davis, 39, was charged with driving while intoxicated, hindering apprehension, three counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, two counts of criminal mischief, and refusal to be fingerprinted. A Vineland driver who admitted to being drunk in a high-speed crash that killed three family members was sentenced to 12 years in New Jersey state prison, NJ Advance Media reported.
Modesto Pino, 37, of Vineland, was going more than 90 mph before he struck an SUV driven by Iban Garcia-Ruiz, 30, of Bridgeton on Nov. 2, 2020.
Garcia-Ruiz and his wife, Elisa Perez-Hernandez, 32, were pronounced dead at the crash scene. Their two children were hospitalized with serious injuries. One of them, 1-year-old Ivan, later died.
