Norwalk Knights Of Columbus Chili Cook-Off Raises Money For Al's Angels NORWALK, Conn. -- Knights Of Columbus St. Matthew Council 14360 from Norwalk held their second annual Chili Cook Off fundraiser at Saugatuck Sweets in Fairfield. Nine Knights from the council and two guests cooked 11 chili entries, ranging from spicy to sweet. Defending champion and past Grand Knight George Ribellino won for the second year in a row with more than 35 votes counted by the sampling judges for the best, hottest and best-named recipes.  Ribellino, council supporters Nona Rudd and Nadia Cossuto, and Grand Knight Scott Criscuolo won the best chili awards respectively. Mishkan Israel Camp In Stamford Completes 37th Season STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Mishkan Israel Day Camp in Stamford concluded its 37th season with accolades from the campers and their parents. The camp provided nine weeks of activities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays for boys and girls from and Fairfield and Westchester Counties.  A typical day covered swimming with instruction at the YMCA pool, computer time, theater and song, arts and crafts, sports like basketball, volleyball and horseback riding and field trips to locations such as the Norwalk Maritime Center and the Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport.
