Woman Robbed At Gunpoint In Jersey City: Authorities A woman was robbed at gunpoint by two men in Jersey City early Saturday morning, Sept. 9, authorities said. The woman said two men approached her at Marin Boulevard and York Street and brandished a gun, demanding her purse, which contained her ID, iPhone and credit card, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said. The police Street Crime Unit canvassed the area and recovered the iPhone and returned it to the woman, Wallace-Scalfione said. Downed Wires Close Lanes At Holland Tunnel Downed wires forced all southbound lanes on Marin Boulevard between 14th Street and 12th Street in Jersey City at the Holland Tunnel to close, the Port Authority said in a tweet on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 11. Northbound lanes have reopened, the Port Authority tweeted.  It is unclear how long the southbound lanes will be closed for.
