An illegally parked car with bogus license plates led Ridgefield Park police to 100 THC cartridges and the arrests of two Pennsylvania men, authorities said. Officer Corey Buljeta spotted the BMW coupe with multiple equipment violations headed north on Teaneck Road, Lt. Arthur W. Jensen said. He found it parked “unoccupied and blocking a driveway with its hazard lights activated” a few blocks away, Jensen said. Mahwah police found a Rockland driver and his passenger carrying meth, heroin and more during an overnight traffic stop, authorities said. It was the second time in months that they arrested Yisroel Lieberman, 24, of Spring Valley and Natalie Shein, 30, of Brooklyn on drug charges. Garfield police captured a Paterson native who they said assaulted a former girlfriend, damaged her property and then fled after she kicked him in the groin. Officers Daniel Drazek and Isaac Perez found Shakar Bragg, 33, near the corner of Lanza Avenue and Davision Street following last week's incident, Capt. Richard Uram said. Buyers came and went as Paterson detectives watched a city dealer provide drive-up service from a dead end street near Route 19. They followed one buyer out of the area, then watched another meet with Jonathan Delgado, 25, on Jersey Street before moving in on Monday, city Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said. A Rochelle Park police officer early Saturday found an Englewood passenger in a traffic stop carrying a loaded gun bought on the streets of Paterson, authorities said. Acting Sgt.
