Man Crushed By Car In His Own NJ Driveway By Driver With Cocaine, Prosecutor Says Authorities have identified the 65-year-old man crushed to death by a car in an Essex County driveway early Thursday morning.  Donald Banks was standing in his Pierson Street driveway in Orange when he was hit by Chadane Bailey, 26, sometime around 12:45 a.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. The investigation targeted Kelvis Martinezgil and Jean Raymond, and the facility at 122 South Center St., listed as Hi-Tech Driving School, police said. Prayer Service Planned For Critically Injured Orange Police Captain A prayer service has been scheduled for Capt. William Boggier of the Orange Police Department, who was seriously injured in a crash while leading a funeral procession last month.  The service is planned for Thursday at 6 p.m. at St. Matthew A.M.E. Church, 336 Oakwood Ave. in Orange. The service will be led by Melvin E. Wilson, Orange officials said.  Boggier, 58, was struck by a driver who remained at the scene July 23 during the funeral procession in Woodbridge.
