Overnight Heating Shelters In Newark, East Orange Open Amid Frigid Temps
In response to bitter cold conditions, Mayor Ras J. Baraka and Department of Health and Community Wellness Director Dr. Mark Wade have activated “Code Blue” for Wednesday night and it will remain in effect into Thursday morning, the city said in a statement Wednesday.
