Dathan Cuascut is accused of stabbing James Dunlap dead at 47 Miller St. on Saturday, March 12, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, said.
Cuascut was charged with murder, unlawful possession of weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
