Video: Clifton Police Say Man Touched Girl, 15, At Local Grill CLIFTON, N.J.– Clifton police were hoping the public could identify a man who they said made lewd comments and improperly touched a 15-year-old girl at a city eatery. The teen was standing with her mother at the counter at Hot Grill on Lexington Avenue when the man made an obscene comment about one of the girl's body parts, Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said. Sheriff: Paterson Parolee Caught With Loaded Gun PATERSON, N.J.– A Paterson parolee was carrying a loaded, unregistered handgun when he was stopped, authorities said. Dion Duncan, 41, was pulled over near the intersection of E. 41st Street and 18th Avenue for making an illegal U-turn, Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik said Monday.
