Philly Mom Caused Infant Son's OD Tranq Death In South Jersey, Prosecutor Says A 32-year-old woman from Philadelphia has been charged with causing the death of her 10-month-old son through exposure to an illicit veterinary drug in South Jersey, authorities said. Vanessa Hampton, of the Frankford section of Philadelphia, was charged with second-degree manslaughter and drug possession, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. US Marshals Nab Gunman In Killing Of Innocent Norristown Man Eating Thanksgiving Dinner Members of the US Marshals office arrested 25-year-old Kevon Clarke on first degree murder charges in the shooting death of a 25-year-old man struck and killed by a stray bullet while eating Thanksgiving dinner when he was struck by a stray bullet, authorities said. Clarke was arrested without incident in Philadelphia at approximately 11 a.m. Monday, in the Nov. 25 Arch Street death of Miguel Palaez Moctezuma, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
