Six Face Drug Charges In Separate Putnam Incidents Deputies recently arrested six area residents on drug possession charges in Putnam Valley, Patterson, and Southeast, according to Sheriff Don Smith. Those arrested included: Alexander Hoy, 28, of Yorktown Heights, was arrested on July 23 after Deputy Sheriff Jonathan Irwin observed a driver of a vehicle commit a traffic violation on Route 301 in the Town of Putnam Valley. Two Caught With Crack Following Month-Long Wappingers Falls Investigation DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two people were arrested by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force following a month-long investigation into complaints of drug dealing in the Village of Wappingers Falls. During a stop on Route 9D in the village, agents arrested Marlon Stewart, 33, of the Bronx, and Dacia McKenzie, 32, of Medford, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force on Friday. Narcan Used To Revive Overdose Victim In Putnam PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. --  A Patterson man was revived from an apparent narcotics overdose thanks to the life-saving actions of Putnam County sheriff deputies and paramedics, said Putnam County Sheriff Don Smith.
