Walters is putting the finishing touches on the newly-built Ship Bottom location which it moved into over this summer. The headquarters will eventually include a realty office and restaurant. Ex-Jersey Shore Winery Manager Charged With Theft A former Ocean County winery manager has been charged with stealing from her employer, authorities said. Nancy Proctor, 62, of Ortley Beach, was charged on Monday with theft by unlawful taking, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Plumsted Township Police Chief Earl Meroney.
