13 Hurt In NJ Transit Bus Crash In Absecon At least a dozen people were injured in an NJ Transit bus crash with a car Thursday, June 16 in Atlantic County, Fox29 reports. The car was flattened when it was struck by the bus at South Shore Road and Ohio Avenue in Absecon around 5:30 p.m. on  in Absecon, the outlet said. The bus was going from Atlantic City to Lindenwold. The victims were rushed to local hospitals with non life-threatening injuries, Fox29 said. Click here for more from FOX.

Missing: Police Seek Public's Help Finding Runaway Foster Child In South Jersey Police in Atlantic County seek the public's help finding a runaway teenager. Darlene Cross, 14, was last seen on Monday, May 9, at approximately 6:30 p.m. She ran away from her foster home on Ohio Avenue in Absecon, police said. Darlene is approximately 5’ 8”. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans, white sneakers, and a white hat. Darlene has two stud nose piercings. She has long black braids with white highlights. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call the Absecon Police Department at (609) 641-0667.
