Jersey Shore Men Admit Running Drug Production Facility, Prosecutor Says Two men from Ocean County have admitted to running a drug production facility, authorities said.  Jose Quintero-DeJesus, 37, of Brick Township, and Victor Mendoza-Gutierrez, 26, of Manchester, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to maintaining a controlled dangerous substance production facility, according to the Ocean County prosecutor.
