'We Maced 'Em' Pennsylvania Man Charged In Capitol Riot A Pennsylvania man has been arrested by the FBI for his role in the riot at the US Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the US Department of Justice. Samuel Lazar, 35, of Ephrata, has been arrested and charged with federal offenses that include assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, among other charges. Lazar will make his initial court appearance at Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Lazar was in the U.S. Capitol dressed in tactical gear, protective goggles and camouflage face paint.
