Mom, Baby In Stroller Critical After Being Struck On Route 13 A mother and her baby in a stroller were in critical condition after bing struck by a vehicle, which was then rear-ended by another Saturday evening on Route 13 authorities said. The mom and her 16-month-old were struck by a southbound vehicle near 2nd Avenue around 8 p.m., Bristol Borough police said. The woman reportedly jumped from the bridge deck into the Delaware River around 10:30 a.m., authorities told the outlet.
