Officers pulled over Ross Daniels-Lynn, of Teaneck, around 10:52 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, after observing multiple violations on Cedar Lane, including fictitious plates, windshield obstruction, and failure to remove snow and ice from the vehicle, according to Teaneck police.
