Murder: Maryland Prisoner Charged With Stabbing Cellmate Dead A 26-year-old prisoner has been charged in the May 2023 death of his cellmate at the Jessup Correctional Institute, authorities said. Daniel Myers is facing one count of first-degree murder and related offenses in the May 27 incident that left 27-year-old Nicholas Joseph Delfosse dead, Maryland State Police said.
