Bomb Maker With Bad Intentions Accused Of Making Destructive Devices: Maryland Fire Marshal Officials say that a man has been apprehended and is behind bars after he got sloppy and left evidence on a destructive device in Maryland. Christopher Heinrich Beitzel, 53, is being held behind bars in a Maryland jail after the Garrett County man left fingerprints on a device he allegedly built and left behind at an area home, leading investigators to even more of his creations, the state Fire Marshal announced.
