Man Accused Of Slashing Springfield Mayor's Car Tires Caught After Brief Chase: Police Springfield police say the man who slashed the tires on the mayor's city issues sedan is always tied to two previous incidents involving the destruction of property.  Steven Kostorizos, 55, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 19, just after 4 p.m., Springfield police said.
